Sometimes our most precious family members can be furry. Do you have a beloved pet in your family? All Seasons, LLC, CRMC has a generous and progressive pet policy. Here’s how to add a pet to your lease.
Looking to add a furry friend to your lease? There are steps that must be followed in order to be in compliance with the lease contract, and not all steps to add pets can be accommodated.
The first step is to fill out a pet application in its entirety, as well as provide all other required items such as a picture of the proposed pet and the non-refundable pet application fee. Once we have these items, we will begin processing the application.
It may take up to a week for a decision to be made, especially if we have to contact the homeowner for an approval decision. All Seasons, LLC, CRMC reserves the right to approve or deny any pet, and if the pet is denied, they cannot be on or in the property at any time.
If the pet application is approved, All Seasons, LLC, CRMC will send you a pet addendum that must be completed in its entirety. You must also provide proof of registration with the Humane Society. Once the pet addendum and associated items have been returned to our office, a property manager will sign the addendum, serving as written permission for the pet to be on the property.
An administration fee of $75 will also be charged to your account for this change to your lease.
Please note that this process applies no matter what type of pet you are wishing to have added to the lease.
